1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Kuun mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Eligibility

To use Kuun, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to use Kuun to:

  • Engage in illegal activities or money laundering
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Access or tamper with Kuun's systems or networks
  • Use the App for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

5. Financial Transactions

Kuun facilitates financial transactions but does not guarantee real-time availability or completion of transfers. You acknowledge that:

  • Transfer times depend on recipient bank and network conditions
  • You are responsible for entering correct recipient information
  • Failed transactions may incur fees as disclosed in-app
  • We are not liable for losses due to user error

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria and resolved through appropriate legal channels.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following notice of such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
